About the Host

David Rheinstrom

David Rheinstrom has been an audio fiction podcaster for over a decade, and a lover of audio fiction for a few decades besides that. He hosts two shows for Wondery: 'Secrets, Crimes & Audiotape' and 'Radio Drama Revival', both of which tell exciting and engaging fictional stories through sound. Among his idols and influences, David counts Stan Freberg, The Firesign Theatre, Jay Ward, E. Annie Proulx, and Lucasarts point-and-click adventure games. When he's not podcasting, David works for Khan Academy, an educational non-profit. He lives in Northern California with his partner.
