Elizabeth Short was a young woman whose body was found severed in January 1947 in Los Angeles. She would be forever remembered as the Black Dahlia. More than a dozen women died in similar circumstances in Los Angeles and at a similar time. Host Tracy Pattin investigates these sensational cases.

Tracy Pattin

Tracy Pattin is host, co- producer and co-creator of the Hollywood and Crime series. She is a contributing writer for West Hollywood Magazine and for Visit West Hollywood. She conducts personally guided tours of West Hollywood specializing in the history of The Sunset Strip. She's also founding member of the Alla Nazimova Society and a member of the West Hollywood Preservation Alliance.
