About the Host

Kathy Tu & Tobin Low

Kathy Tu is the co-host and co-managing editor of Nancy, an LGBTQ-themed show about identity and the journey we take to find it. She is the head of Nancy's west coast operations (read: she works in Los Angeles). Prior to Nancy, Kathy worked on The Memory Palace, The Mortified Podcast, Masterpiece Studio, and others. And she wants it noted that this whole hosting thing makes her very uncomfortable, but she's leaning the eff in. Tobin Low is a Producer for More Perfect. Tobin has made radio for Marketplace, Studio 360, and WFMT in Chicago. He was also part of the winning team for WNYC’s first ever podcast accelerator. He comes to the show after having worked for the Marketplace digital team. He’s a graduate of the Transom Story Workshop, and was selected by the Association of Independents in Radio to be a New Voices Scholar in 2014.
