“Sjogren’s Strong” is an informational podcast that will discuss all aspects of living with Sjogren's Syndrome, a Chronic illness affecting over 4 million Americans. Maintaining an active healthy lifestyle despite this diagnosis is our goal. The Host & Co-Host are not medical professionals but speak of personal experience, 10 plus years, in regards to living a healthy, active Sjogren’s Strong lifestyle.
About the Host
LUPE CASTAÑEDA & BRIAN COLBURN
Lupe was diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome in 2008. Turning to the internet for information and community she was faced with negativity. Being a positive person she wanted to create a community of supportive positive uplifting people and information. Sjogren's Strong was born. Brian, Lupe's husband supports her in this journey of seeking a new or as they call it "Sjogren's Norm"
