Jack Rico is a bilingual multimedia journalist, founder and editor-in-chief of ShowBizCafe.com - a nationally known entertainment website which is a fusion of the American and Latino pop culture experience - and host of the weekly Hispanic-American pop culture podcast "Highly Relevant". Due to Jack's ability to speak English and Spanish with no accent, he's been sought by national, cable and local media outlets as a pop culture expert which include: NBC's TODAY show, Telemundo NY, NBCNews.com, amongst others. He was also a weekly contributor on VH1's Big Morning Buzz with Nick Lachey, Univision Radio and SBS Radio, as well as E!, Fusion, MundoFox, NewsMax and ESPNDeportes Radio. Rico is also a passionate sports aficionado which landed him as a color commentator on the 2014 FIFA World Cup sports series on AriseTV. Jack is one of the most recognized Hispanic film critics in the US; he has studied Film Criticism at the prestigious NYU and is a member of the BFCA (the largest film critics association in North America) and NYFCO. He also created and served as Chairman of 'Viva Broadway,' the first Hispanic initiative of The Broadway League whose mission is to bridge the gap between Latinos and Broadway.
