About the Podcast
Murder is a crime of many victims. It affects not only the murdered, but also those who loved them. The Murder in My Family tells the effects of murder from the perspective of the family members of the victims and shows how they, too, are victims in this terrible crime. Each episode features a case backstory and overview, followed by an interview with a family member of the victim. Sometimes their stories make you angry, or sad, or even laugh, but they are always hard hitting, raw, and emotional. Some of the cases I discuss are solved case, and some are not. Often the cases are high profile ones like the Golden State Killer or Colonial Parkway Murders, many times the cases are lesser known cold cases that can be decades old. My audience is made up largely of women(70% or more)who range in age from 18 to 65
