About the Host

Lauren Papanos & Romana Brennan

Lauren Papanos, MS, RD, CSSD — Lauren is board certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and dietetics, with a minor in combined sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University. She also holds her master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a specialty in integrative nutrition from Stephen F. Austin State University. Here she also completed the nationally accredited Dietetic Internship, where she worked in various inpatient, outpatient, and community settings training under established Registered Dietitians. Romana Brennan, MS, RD — Romana is board certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Romana received her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology, with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds her master’s degree in nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California. Here she also completed her dietetic supervised practice, training under Registered Dietitians in a variety of inpatient, outpatient, community, research, and private practice settings.
